All guest must sign a liability waiver in order to participate in the trip.

Please read this Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver”) carefully. By signing you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any Occupiers Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident.

Wilderness skiing and snowboarding involves risks, dangers and hazards in addition to those normally associated with downhill skiing and snowboarding. A Waiver is required to be signed by all guests prior to participating. All guests will complete the Waiver through our on-line waiver system. If a waiver is not completed, a guest will not be permitted to participate in on mountain activities. This includes the individual making a reservation, as well as all other guests who wish to participate.

All claims – regardless of a guest’s nationality – shall be governed in all respects and interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Please note that you will not be eligible for a refund based on any failure or refusal to sign the Waiver. PLEASE READ THE WAIVER CAREFULLY prior to booking and paying your deposit.

Please make sure all members of your party are aware of this Waiver requirement and are prepared to sign and agree to the terms of the Waiver as a condition of participating in the trip. Each adult must complete their own Waiver. Parent/legal guardian must complete the Waiver if the participant is under 19.

White Grizzly does not take responsibility for the supervision of minors. All participants under the age of 19 must be accompanied and supervised by a competent adult at all times while skiing/boarding.
