Upon making a reservation at White Grizzly, all guests agree to these terms and conditions:
To confirm your reservation we require a non-refundable 20% deposit. Reservations will not be held until payment is received. A second deposit payment of the same amount (for a total 40% of your package price) is due on or before July 15th. The full payment of the package price is due November 15th. For your convenience, we will send a reminder of the balance owing four weeks prior to the due date. If the 40% payment has not been received by the July 15th deadline or the 100% final payment has not been received by the November 15th deadline, we will regretfully assume that you do not wish to keep your reservation and will resell your space without notice. Please allow at least two weeks postage / shipping.
Should multiple individuals or groups wish to book the same dates, the spaces will be awarded to the first party that makes a deposit.
In the unfortunate circumstance that you need to cancel your reservation, we require a written notice of cancellation. Cancellations received in writing 200 days prior to your arrival will be refunded in full minus your 20% non-refundable initial deposit. Cancellations received within 200 days of your arrival are 100% non-refundable. If 40% payment has not been received by the July 15th deadline or 100% final payment has not been received by the November 15th deadline, White Grizzly reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice and re-sell the space.
Guests who cancel have the option of finding a replacement to fill their seat. We will accommodate this at no charge if the guests transfer funds among themselves. If we have to charge the new guest and refund the old guest, there will be a $200 administration fee deducted from each seat refunded. All cancellations must be received in writing.
