To confirm your reservation we require a non-refundable 20% deposit. A second deposit payment of the same amount (for a total 40% of your package price) is due on or before July 15th. The full payment of the package price is due November 15th. For your convenience, we will send a reminder of the balance owing four weeks prior to the due date. If final payment is not received by the date specified, we will regretfully assume that you do not wish to keep your reservation and will resell your space. Please allow at least two weeks postage / shipping.
Should multiple individuals or groups wish to book the same dates, the spaces will be awarded to the first party that makes a deposit.
In the unfortunate circumstance that you need to cancel your reservation, a notice of cancellation must be received at our office prior to November 15th. If we receive cancellation notice more than eight months prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $300.00 per seat. The 40% deposit is otherwise non-refundable under any circumstances. If cancellation notice is received prior to November 15th, the remainder of the money received will be refunded, or another trip can be booked within the same season. After this date, all funds are completely non-refundable. If you can find a replacement for the trip, all deposits received will be transferred to your replacement.
White Grizzly Cat Skiing guarantees 100,000 vertical feet (30,000 metres) per six-day adventure. Because we love riding powder so much, there are no charges for additional vertical.

Many types of weather conditions can be encountered during your snowcat skiing experience. It is an extremely rare occurrence that weather would make it impossible for the snowcat to operate, however, as White Grizzly Cat Skiing has no control over the weather, natural forces and events, under no circumstances is the company responsible for the clients inconvenience or travel expenses.
